Valentine's Day Prix Fixe Chef's Tasting Dinner

Unforgettable coursed dinner with wine and spirit pairings catered by Chef "Tall Dave" from 612 Chefworks and Last Chance Market. Ticket includes coursed dinner and all non-alcoholic beverages. 

Menu: 

First: Roasted butternut squash soup featuring maple creme fraiche and fresh chives

Salad: A bed of fresh local butter lettuce, with goat cheese vinaigrette,  shaved asparagus,  candied pecans, and topped shaved fennel

Entree: Green peppercorn marinated local beef, coupled with potato gratin,  fresh local seasonal vegetables, and topped with a savory balsamic reduction 

Dessert: A chocolate raspberry filled layer cake with a silky chocolate buttercream and raspberry chocolate ganache

Alcohol priced and sold separately to accomodate our non-drinkers, sober drivers, and patrons under 21. Mocktails available upon request.
