About the event

Four course dinner by Chef Sam Tintinger with Whiskey pairings for each course. 

Course One:

Braised iberico pork spare rib with marsala sauce over creamy polenta

Course Two:

Grilled picanha topped with nori bernaise and served with truffle parmesan croquette

Course Three:

Seared duck breast topped with a smokey huckleberry vinaigarette with a side of wild rice

Course Four:

Grilled berkshire pork tenderloin with chimichurri and a grilled cord salad served with fresh tortilla chips
